Is business class to Dubai actually worth it compared to premium economy?

I’m planning a long-haul flight to Dubai and trying to decide whether business class is actually worth the extra cost, or if premium economy is the smarter option. On most routes, business class to Dubai can cost anywhere from 2–4× more than premium economy, depending on the airline and season.
